THANK YOU for being a part of the Streator Unlimited Family. In appreciation and recognition during DSP Week, Sept 13-19, all will be getting a choice of one free shirt from the SU Print Shop.
In order to receive your free shirt, you must complete this order form and submit to me by Friday September 4th. If I do not receive an order from you, I will take it that you have opted out of this offer and no shirt will be provided to you. Shirts are ordered all together and we do not have additional shirts in stock to make you one if you forget, or do not follow directions.
